It is obvious and proven that a successful visual merchandising game plan helps create and maintain a strong visual identity and could be considered the most essential component of brand consistency and elevated sales.

Visual merchandising guidelines are carefully conceptualized directives that include a variety of images (product photography, mock store layouts, live merchandised fixture/wall photography etc.), detailed style information, merchandising notes, and anything else that companies at the headquarter level intend to communicate to stores. 

It could be estimated based on our research that the turnover of a well merchandised store is 30% higher compared to a non-merchandised one. When a store is merchandised but with no compliance to the latest guidelines the difference is about 15%.

For the strategy defined at the headquarter level to be properly executed in-store, the direction on how to merchandise the retail space that we create must be clearly designed and carefully communicated.
